About

One deficiency.
One recommendation.
Full reasoning.

Every recommendation answers the same question: given your specific numbers, what is the single most effective supplement you can take — and which exact product, form, and dose should you buy?

A structured decision tool,
not a medical service

DecodeMyResults doesn't recommend broad stacks. If your ferritin is low, you get one iron product with a specific reason. If your D is low, you get one D3+K2 product with a specific dose. That's it.

This is not a medical service. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. What it offers is a structured decision framework applied transparently to your numbers — with reasoning you can read, verify, and challenge.

Not a replacement for a doctor.
A bridge to better questions.

Most people leave their doctor's office with a lab report they don't fully understand. "Everything's normal" — even when ferritin is 14 and they've been exhausted for two years.

You can paste your results into ChatGPT and get something useful. But the next visit you start from zero again — no memory of what changed, what you tried, or whether the recommendation actually worked.

DecodeMyResults was built to close that gap: structure, a single concrete action per visit, and — if you leave your email — history across panels so you can see what's changing over time.

  • Functional optimal ranges, not lab minimums
  • Ranked by real-world impact, not severity
  • Checks your existing stack before recommending
  • Exact form, dose, and timing — not "take vitamin D"
  • Direct product link on iHerb or Amazon
  • Retest date included with every recommendation
  • Product links to iHerb or Amazon only
  • Small affiliate commission if you buy
  • Same product recommended regardless
  • No paid brand partnerships
  • Never sells supplements directly

The framework behind every recommendation

Every recommendation follows the same five-step decision framework, always in this order:

1

Optimal range, not just normal range

Lab reference ranges are built for 95% of the population. This tool works from functional optimal ranges backed by research — ferritin 50–100, not "above 12."

2

Form matters more than dose

Magnesium oxide is 4% absorbed. Glycinate is 80%+. Every recommendation specifies the form with the best bioavailability for your context — not the cheapest form on the shelf.

3

Interactions and timing

Iron and calcium compete for absorption. Vitamin D needs K2. Every recommendation is checked against your existing stack for interactions and timing conflicts.

4

One thing at a time

Starting 8 supplements at once means you'll never know what worked. The tool prioritises the highest-impact deficiency first. One change, then a retest, then the next.

5

Always retest

Leave your email and we save your history. One reminder when the protocol window closes — no newsletters, nothing else. Skip the email and the tool still works, but only for this session.
